Is it illegal in Mexico to log into someone else's email by guessing the password?
Here's the situation: Teacher A used Student B's password from the class Moodle to access Student B's Hotmail account (which had the same password). Teacher A then used Student B's Hotmail to send an e-mail to C (who is a friend of Student B). In many places in the United States, Teacher A could be facing prison time for this. What's the situation in Mexico?

It depends on how good your spoken, written and comprehension skills are, plus your grades, plus your acceptance into a college. It can take anywhere from 3 months to never, depending on how well you qualify. But you are 15, what is your plan, after high school or what? Good luck

if you want to get one right away, that's going to be pretty hard. foreign students aren't allowed to attend public school on a student visa for more than one year. even then you would need to pay tuition to attend and get an I-20 student form and be registered in the student database, SEVIS. most public schools don't feel like doing the paperwork. Or, you can attend a private school for the next 3 years on a student visa, if you can afford the tuition and can find one to take you. or you can apply to a university or college later and apply for a student visa after that. once you get accepted and get all the paperwork together, you should be able to get an interview appointment within a couple weeks and if you are approved, a visa about a week after that.

What is appropriate workout attire for a young woman in Guadalajara, Mexico?
I am a student who is planning to study abroad in Guadalajara for a semester. I have read that workout attire and shorts are not considered appropriate in Mexico. Is this true? What do I wear while working out? Is it abnormal for a woman to jog or go to the gym?

No. you can dress wathever you like, this are myths that people said. My suggestion is that you came here, and see all the people, and how womans dress, then you can see whats appropiate and whats not, but workout attire its ok, imagine us working out in ponchos and sombreros. Guadalajara is a very cosmopolitan city. Women follow modern fashion (a lot of designers come from Guadalajara - I really like clothes from the retail chain LOB which, I believe, was founded there). Most women make an effort to look nice when they're out in public. Depending on where you're from in the States, you may find that people dress a bit more formally or conservatively than what you're used to in the U.S. Perhaps what you read is that workout attire is not appropriate for non-gym situations. That's pretty much true. I used to live and work in Guadalajara and women take pride in their appearance. (Jalisco state is famed for its Tapatia beauties.) Generally, women don't run around town doing errands in sweatpants and T-shirts. And you don't see many women wearing shorts in the city - that's considered beach- or resortwear. I was once chastised at work (I taught English) because my pants were too much like jeans (even though they weren't denim.) However, if you are indeed working out, regular workout clothes are perfectly fine. Yes, women go to gyms, and many make an effort to look good while they do it. Others just go in T-shirts and shorts. Women do jog, but I don't recall seeing women just jogging down streets. Usually they go to a park or a track where there are other people jogging. That's also the safest way to do it. Have fun in Guadalajara. It's absolutely beautiful and the people are very warm and friendly. Be sure to get out a bit and travel around Jalisco state. It's the cultural heart of Mexico.

where i can find a cheap ticket, mexico - barcelona?
I want to leave mexico un december or january, and i wanna return in JUly or august. I´m a student, so I need something really cheap and save.

you are planning to fly in both high seasons, WINTER and SUMMER ,and there is not direct flights.Is going to be tough to find a cheap ticket , but try start your flying to the Airlines HUB's then fly to a more international Airport and maybe use the train to Barcelona. for example: DELTA - Mexico-Atlanta AMERICAN - Mexico-Dallas UNITED- Mexico Chicago CONTINENTAL- Mexico -Houston KLM- Mexico-Amsterdam Air FRANCE- Mexico-Paris IBERIA - Mexico -Madrid good Luck and send us the pictures PS.- contact a travel agency

You can find a cheap rate at orbitz.com or travelocity.com. But don't book it on those sites. Go to the airlines site and book it there. You can save anywhere from 20-50 US Dollars. It might not seem like much but if you do't have a passport you can put it towards that or even lunch!
