I'm a citizen of the USA and my sister is from mexico. I want her to vaction here for 2 weeks legally. How
She is a student in mexico and i am one here. i want her to be able to be here for my graduation in Dec. What do i do????

i think its mostly on her. she needs a passport for sure. that's as far as i know.

Student visa I assume?, you ARE leaving after graduation, right?. Take some good pics, and see her when you get home.

You probably should have started the application for her already. You can find the other visas on that site too. Your sister will need to get a passport first, since it is just for your graduation make sure she is registered and paid up for school back home in Mexico. This will help prove that she does not intend to stay and should prove to be a binding tie to her regular residence. Don't wait any longer to get this done, it takes time. And remember that she might still not get the visa. Luck!

pick her up and have her use a fake i.d. girls do that all the time to get into the clubs when their underage. And if she gets caught drive her back home. some times they get in the club sometimes they don't.

first she need a passport, once she get it, she need contact american embassy to get visa, in the interview its better if she doesnt say she has family in usa.

There is not much you can do for her. She needs to be able to satisfy a U.S. consular officer AND a CBP officer that she will in fact return to Mexico after her visit with you is over. She can enter with passport and visa, or a DSP-150 which is the Mexican Border Crossing Card. She must demonstrate admissibility on her own.

Have her go to the embassy and apply for a visa. They are going to look at how much money she has in the bank and for reasons she will return to Mexico. It is getting very hard to get a visa. Good Luck.
