If you are here illegally, hurry back to Mexico! If you return before you turn 18, your parents' illegal acts will not be held against you. Once you turn 18, you are choosing as an adult to violate the law and you will be barred from the US for 10 years. So hustle back to Mexico, apply for college, and if accepted, apply for a student visa. You will have to prove that you have sufficient funds for all of your educational expenses, plus all of your living costs, plus your return transportation to Mexico. Also consider that you could attend college in Mexico, and there are some good ones -- and they cost a fraction of colleges in the US!

The chances of you getting a student visa after living illegally in the US for over 12 years are very slim indeed. Since you're still under 18, you aren't legally barred from getting a visa, but since you've spent most of your life in the US, you'd have a very hard time convincing anyone that you have any intention to return to Mexico and that is part of the decision to issue a student visa or not.
