Are you in Mexico on a Visa or a tourist Permit (FMM) ? This is very ambiguous when some answerer`s call the Tourist Permit a Card and a Visa.....It is neither. Visas have to be applied for at Mexican consulates around the world in countries that are on Mexico`s list of countries that are required to do so. New Electronic FM3s and FM2s are Cards. Here is a very thorough link where you can find all the information you need to know.
2 :
I am actually not sure how that income requirement is handled if you are applying for an FM3 with work permit. The 2 pages below should be helpful. In May there were big changes made to the visa system and rules. You really need to locate the nearest INM office and go in and talk with them. They will answer your questions and guide you. If this job is a low-skilled or a very short term job, it is very unlikely that a work permit will be granted. Most employers who hire foreign citizens know the whole process and help you through it...they not send you to do it on your own. There will be a fee of a few hundred dollars.
3 :
A job offer and a lawyer to help you.
4 :
Try the INM website (given as Source), which asks you step by step for your qualifications and spits out an answer based on your particular kind of FM3. Alternatively, talk to a paralegal (their signs include the words "trámites" and "inmigración") or an attorney who handles INM paperwork ("derecho administrativo").
5 :
Visit the Rollybrook site Charlie posted - has all the info. UUHHMM - If they are sending you to do the leg work - they have probably never done this before and don't realize the in's and out's of what it takes. This is a long ,difficult, gov't process. Cost's a couple of hundred dollars ,and is next to impossible to get.

How soon before Mexico & Obama demand all parties arrested for daring to put Dream Act Student In Prison?

How soon before Mexico & Obama demand all parties arrested for daring to put Dream Act Student In Prison?
TUCSON, Ariz. -- An illegal immigrant from Mexico will spend the next six years in prison for assaulting two Border Patrol agents near the Arizona border last year. Federal prosecutors said a judge sentenced Jaime Martinez-Garcia, 26, in U.S. District Court in Tucson. Jurors convicted Martinez-Garcia in August of two counts of assaulting a federal officer and one count of illegal re-entry after deportation. Investigators said the incident happened just three days after Martinez-Garcia was deported. They said he fought with one agent and hit the other with a big rock. Martinez-Garcia was shot before he hit the second agent with another rock http://www.kpho.com/news/25966144/detail.html Supporters and Mexico have always said rocks are harmless, how soon before the arrests start taking place ?

He doesn't sound like he would have been a dream act person anyway. If he came here illegally as an adult, then he didn't qualify in the first place. I'm glad he was caught--all violent people should be stopped. Their citizen status shouldn't make a difference.
2 :
Where's the part about the Dream Act student? I'm sorry I'm kinda lost.
3 :
no wouldnt be a dream act beneficiary. dont know why you keep posting these questions. you obviously have the wrong idea of who would benefit from the dream act. let me give you an example. Promising Harvard sophomore, Eric Balderas, faces deportation http://www.allvoices.com/contributed-news/6099451-promising-harvard-sophomore-eric-balderas-faces-deportation this guy has a full scholarship to harvard, is a molecular biology major, and wants to find a cure for cancer. you can not deny that he would be an asset to this country.
4 :
Should be very soon. Mexicans throw rocks all the time with backing from Mexico rocks are not dangerous and believe the border agents should just turn around and flee, instead of defending themselves

Am I considered an international student?

Am I considered an international student?
I'm very confused about this college thing and all. I was born in mexico, but I'm legal here in the US (resident). Am I considered an international student if I study here in the US? Thanks

If you are a U.S. citizen than you are not an international student.
2 :
If you're a resident in the United States than you're not an International student.
3 :
Being an international student means where your residency lies, it has nothing to do with where you were born. If you are a US resident then you are not an international student! If you are a perm resident and hold a perm res card/green card, then that makes you a permanent resident (in the middle) - you just need to provide that info to the school but you are legal to go to school in the US. Good luck!
4 :
There are different kinds of residency. In lieu of USA citizenship, you must have permanent immigrant status (ie "green card"). There are other forms of residency/work visas available to Mexican citizens — eg TN or TD — which are NOT equivalent to permanent residency status.
5 :
Permanent Residents are considered like citizens.

maybe. first you have to apply and be accepted. then the school has to issue you an I-20 student form and register you in the student database. after that, you can apply for the visa.

I need a high-calorie, nutritious mealplan to cook for 60 students for breakfast in our school in Mexico.?

I need a high-calorie, nutritious mealplan to cook for 60 students for breakfast in our school in Mexico.?
The recipe needs to be low-cost, and practical considering Mexican dietary habits (generally meals made out of maize). I need to be able to cook this in the morning and feed about 60 children with it, with the hopes that it will give them the supplemental nutrition that they need to focus well in class as well as have a healthier day. Thanks for any help.

Try making some breakfast burritos. I would think you could get a lot of the ingredients at low prices. I don't have an exact recipe but here is how I would make them: Breakfast Burritos tortillas eggs cheese salsa onions green peppers Scramble and cook eggs. Separately saute onions and peppers. In a tortilla, place eggs, onions and peppers, salsa, sprinkle on cheese, and roll up. These are higher in protein with eggs and that will help keep the students fuller longer. The salsa and peppers are a good way to get them vegetables. You could even add in some sausage if it is within budget.
2 :
I would add some chorizo the to previous burrito recipe--this will help give them the calories and snice they are children, the calories from the fat will mostly be burned off by their activities. I have spent much time in regions of Mexico so understand your problem. Chef Jack Garrison

While at a public US adult school yesterday, my wife observed students shouting "Viva Mexico". If they love ?
Mexico so much, why do they risk their lives to come the the US? Whatever happened to the idea of acculturating?

They want our money and whatever free benefits they can get. Their allegiance is with Mexico, not the U. S. of A.
2 :
Because conservative Republicans like Mitt Romney need them to work in his mansions. Is he hiring again, since he lost the GOP nomination?
3 :
That's no big deal. I was living in another country with family for a while and I always talked about USA. I don't see anything wrong with it.
4 :
Everyone loves their homeland........ relax!
5 :
How do you know that they aren't? If I live in Cleveland can't I root for Pittsburgh?
6 :
I am not sure that I might explain that in a way that you would understand
7 :
Because mexico is just a big landfill with humans living in it and their government are a bunch of morons. We're just a bunch of "gringos" to them. My parents immigrated to USA from Russia legally and I'm a born American, Russian-American. USA I will fight and die for and fly the American flag in front of my house. Chingas like them p-iss the s-hit out of me...do you recall seeing them on tv marching down streets flying the Mexican flag? They don't love USA they just infest our cities with gangs, drugs, crime and just want US money.
8 :
This sergey..is kind of an ignorant individual who rants aimlessly about a subject he knows very little about.....
9 :
Because it's much easier for them to come here and sponge off of the tax payers than to try and improve their situation in their own country. They get lots of freebies here especially when they spit out a few anchor babies.
10 :
Just because they live here doesn't mean they are here by choice, or that they worked hard to get here. My husband was forced to come by his mother when he was young. They can still love their native country. I still love things about England, that's where my ancestors come from. There is nothing wrong with it. What makes me mad is when they say they want to be here, but put down the country. That's when I say... then go back if our country is so bad.
11 :
First of all it's "Freedom" that allow them to Shout that. And if all the people on Yahoo would give a Honest Answer for once in their life they can say also that no one but no one wants to see the same Country all their lives. And it's to take care of their Families. The Chinese been doing this very same thing for many Years Driving their little Cars, Flying their little Airplanes across this Border and nothing is said or done about it. Why? Because they come from a Rich Nation and I'm not Picking on them when I say this why? Because the little Chinese girls will Date little White boys. Many know the very Truth about Immigration Reform and what it's all about. The problem is some like myself will take a stand and try and make this World a better place and others will only bring it down. If I had an Mexican Flag right now I will fly it in Support of the Immigrants. Not because Man made me do it but because GOD has gave me the Freedom to do it. Because it is him not Man, Not the Government of the United States but him that know if these Human Beings are this Ugly Word called Illegal so am I and everyone else on this Earth. Especially African Americans because we didn't have any Papers when the White man brought us over here many Years ago to do his Dirty work. And it make me very Sad and Shame of them when they go and Tote that bucket for the same ones that is trying to put them and their Grand Kids right back out there in that Field. And they are out here in this World Hurting their own kind for all of this little do they know where all this is leading to besides a quick Ticket to Hell because we all know GOD don't like what he is seeing in Politics or in this Country right now. No Lands will ever be more Important to him than his very own. Christ didn't go through all of that Cutting and Hanging for this here. He didn't just Die for Mexicans to stay and Work in Mexico or come here when some White man say it's okay. He Died on that Cross so they can do it when ever they want. And if they are Stealing from this Country then it's not as bad as what many has done when they went out and Stole GOD Trees to Build their Homes and make Paper for their kids to go to School with. Author, Eddie Smith.
12 :
Because they have no interest in assimilating, They have no interest in speaking English and to be honest with you no interest in becoming American whatsoever. What they do have interest in is taking jobs from Americans and services from our Government! In the process they drive down wages and me and you foot the bill for them to go to school where they can shout things like "Viva La Raza" and "Viva Mexico" while flying mexican flags. The sad thing about it is they see nothing wrong with it!
13 :
they like that free education that they are getting that they should not be getting though huh, why did they cowardly abandon their country then! they should have been picked up and put back over the viva la border!
14 :
They dont like the US- they like Mexico, el salvador, or whatever drug haven they come from. However, their position makes no sense- their countries all suck! they are either Mexico (cant even drink the damn water), or communist coutnries, or drug smuggling countries. all of them are very dangerous, and impoverished, and unadvanced. their culture has NOTHING to show- worse still, they are more overweight than any other race.
15 :
They do have free speech and it's nice to give good wishes to your neighbors. Hopefully they sing God Bless America with even more vigor.
16 :
It just makes me sick to hear stuff like this. I agree with you! I can tell you alot of hispanics talk badly of America but I always tell them well you hate it so much you were willing to risk your life coming over in a trunk with 6 others like sardines.
17 :
What's wrong with being proud of where you come from? my question to you. They risk their lives to support their families, for a better life, a better future for their children. Land of opportunities right? Why does it affect you? I was born in Chicago, but my parents are from Mexico I consider myself Mexican-American and I cheer from both I'm proud of where I come from!
18 :
Sure she did. And wtf does acculturating mean. You should attend that US Adult school with your wife.
19 :
You have obviously not visited Canada during the soccer world cup. Everyone in town cheers for their family's country and flies that country's flag when they are playing and cheer for Canada, with flags, when Canada is playing. People are from all around the world and it works well.
20 :
If they love their country, they should drive or fly to Mexico to celebrate their Independence day! (A litte sacrifice it means a lot.) For instance, I want to say "I love you to my husband." instead I tell the other man. lol

You can do that but it will be expensive and she must be put in private school and cannot attend a public school. uscis.gov Congress enacted a law (Section 625 of Public Law 104-208) establishing section 214(m) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. The law that took effect on November 30, 1996, placed limitations on foreign students (F-1) attending publicly funded institutions and created additional requirements for intending F-1 students attending public high schools (grades nine through twelve). Student F-1 visas cannot be issued to persons seeking to enter the United States in order to attend a public primary/elementary school or a publicly funded adult education program
3 :
As a secondary school student, she would only be permitted a student visa for 1 year. And,she would have to pay tuition to the school she would be attending. A niece is not a close enough relative to petition for immigration purposes.
4 :
Yes that can be possible for as long as you have money to spend for all the fees and proof of your financial status that you can support you niece. Her's a link where it can help you about student visa. http://www.immigrationdirect.com/visas/student/Student-Tourist-Visas-dvd.jsp
